Frank Finlay

Francis Finlay CBE (born 6 August 1926) is an English stage, film and television actor. His first major success on television was in the title role of Casanova in Dennis Potter’s BBC2 series of the same name. He went on to star as the father in the once controversial A Bouquet of Barbed Wire.

Harrison Marks

George Harrison Marks (6 August 1926 – 27 June 1997) was a British glamour (soft porn) photographer at the height of his productivity from the mid 1950s to the mid 1970s. His most commercial film was probably Come Play With Me, which featured Mary Millington.

Elisabeth Beresford

Elisabeth ‘Liza’ Beresford, MBE (6 August 1926 – 24 December 2010) was a British author of children’s books, best known for creating The Wombles.
