Frank Ifield

Francis Edward Ifield (born 30 November 1937) is an early Australian-English easy listening and country music singer and yodeller. He achieved considerable success in the early 1960s, especially in the UK Singles Chart, where he had four Number 1 hits between 1962 and 1963.

Ridley Scott

Sir Ridley Scott (born 30 November 1937) is an English film director and producer. His films include The Duellists (1977), Alien (1979), Blade Runner (1982), Legend(1985), Thelma & Louise (1991), Gladiator (2000), Black Hawk Down (2001), Hannibal (2001), Kingdom of Heaven (2005), American Gangster (2007), Body of Lies (2008), and Robin Hood (2010). Scott has been nominated for three Academy Awards for Directing: for Thelma & LouiseGladiator and Black Hawk Down, as well as a Golden Globe, BAFTA and Emmy Award. He was awarded the Michael Balcon Award for outstanding British contribution to Cinema by BAFTA. He was knighted in the 2003 New Year honours. Scott is to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2011.
