George Layton

George Layton (born George Lowy on 2 March 1943) is an English actor, director, screenwriter and author. He is best known for two television roles: that of Junior Dr Paul Collier in the comedy series Doctor in the House and its first two sequels Doctor at Large and Doctor in Charge, and that of Bombardier ‘Solly’ Solomons in the first two series of It Ain’t Half Hot Mum.

Tony Meehan

Daniel Joseph Anthony “Tony” Meehan (2 March 1943 – 28 November 2005) was a founder member of the British group The Shadows with Jet Harris, Hank Marvin and Bruce Welch. He played drums on early Cliff Richard and The Shadows hits and on early Shadows instrumentals.
